At least I'm slowly planning a few more posts for my other blog.

( 3 / 36 )5:30, we began organizating a Family Feud game. The invite had gone out to all of Delta Fleet, but few people responded. Oh well... their loss! I was giving out My Points. :)
The Family Feud game lasted until 6:15. The game ended up just being a 3 on 3 game, and we only covered 3 rounds, but everyone had fun. And, as stated, My Points!
For the next two hours, we played our anniversary plot. The USS Providence was assigned to escort some freighters of medical supplies to our allies, the Tranen. Along the way, we realized that the Litvokian border was quiet...too quiet. So we went to investigate. Unfortunately, it seemed that there was some kind of internal conflict that might spell doom for us. And as we ended the sim, a fleet of thirty enemy ships were making a run for our nearest base.
After the sim, I took an hour to give some awards and promotions. I first gave an award to everyone that has been with the sim for at least a year (we all celebrate an anniversary!). Then we did some promos. I started out by promoting Kristen Adams, our ship's counselor. I pulled her up on stage and tortured her by having the crew call her cute. Then I tortured the crew in return by promoting her. It was fun. ;)
Then... I had one promo left to give, but two candidates. So between Dr. Fine and CSEC Jones, we played... Providence Idol! The two had a contest to see who could outsing the other. Ms Fine won the competition, but Jones, as the runner up, also got a promo. Oh well... so it defeated the purpose of the contest. ;)
In total, I was in that chat room for four and a half hours. It was a blast, to be sure. I always look forward to our anniversaries. Now that we're in our fifth season, only fun and excitement can follow.

( 3 / 45 )So what is there to be happy about? Simple. Graduation comes March 2nd, which means February marks my last month as a student. Finally! At last! Joy!
I've still got some papers and projects to finish up, so I will be busy with them until the end of the month. These include a presentation on nuclear weapons, operation of a game show for a leadership course, and the building of a wireless operated robot.
At least, with all of these projects coming up, it also means that they are almost over. And there will be some fun this month. Ashley Garland is having a private CD release party and, thankfully, I've been invited. It'll be a chance to meet more of her fans and possibly pick up another web job or two.
I know I was going to post a new JSotM during the last week of January, but I didn't get to it. So, I'll post it this time.
Jeren's Site of the Month for February is... drumroll please... Thank you!
WebHostingTalk.com! The forums there are my first stop when I'm looking to either recommend or purchase from a new web host. Just click on search, put in a company name, and look at all of the threads regarding a particular host, whether they have good reviews or bad reviews.
And before I close this, I'm thinking of recording some more music videos to upload to YouTube. Any song suggestions can be sent to me, too.
